Who regulates the company's activities?

The company's activities are regulated by the Australian regulator ASIC, which oversees the operations of financial markets and relevant organizations in this sector. This regulator issues licenses for conducting activities on financial markets. You can view our company's license in the DOCUMENTS section of our website.

What is ASIC?

ASIC is the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, responsible for overseeing financial market operations. This organization monitors all financial transactions related to buying and selling, as well as investments, pension, and deposit funds. ASIC has held its regulatory powers since 2001, previously granted by the Central Bank of Australia. Before this, there was no unified system regulating financial markets.

The regulator collects information about various companies and individuals involved in providing consulting services. As a regulator, ASIC oversees the proper functioning of financial structures and futures contracts. ASIC also licenses companies that provide financial services in the pension and insurance sectors. Additionally, ASIC licenses fund managers, derivative traders, and securities brokers. According to ASIC’s charter, any trader can file a complaint about fraudulent company activities, and if confirmed, the regulator will begin reviewing the issue. One of ASIC's key functions is ensuring transparency in operations conducted on the Australian financial market.

To monitor market violations, ASIC uses the IRESS system, which processes information in real-time. This system monitors news from major companies, their capitalization levels, index price dynamics, and option analysis. The obtained data is then thoroughly analyzed. The criteria for obtaining a license are strict, and no broker can receive a license until a thorough business audit of all mechanisms involved in trading is completed. ASIC also actively works on creating laws that regulate the national financial system.

According to analysts, ASIC currently offers medium-level protection, but overall it is a comprehensive and serious financial structure that ensures safer operations for all traders.
